HABAŞ, which has a deep-rooted history of over 68 years in Turkish Industry, is exhibiting its commercial vehicles designed with Turkish Engineering at the ‘IAA TRANSPORTATION 2024’ Hannover Fair. HABAŞ introduces its HBS branded electric and hydrogen buses and electric tractors to its visitors at the fair, which is considered one of the most important commercial vehicle fairs in the world.

HABAŞ STEELPOWER-e / Fully Electric Tractor Truck

STEELPOWER-e has been designed as an environmentally friendly vehicle that will meet zero carbon emissions. STEELPOWER-e has a zero-emission, 410 kW electric VOITH engine that provides 3100 Nm torque. Designed for uninterrupted operations in many fields such as construction, transportation, distribution, port services, the tractor has 282 kWh capacity LFP lithium-ion batteries developed by HABAŞ R&D center. STEELPOWER-e provides lower energy consumption with its unique design.

HBS COMFORTCITY – H2 / Hydrogen, Fuel Cell City Bus

The Comfortcity-H2 city bus, which runs on hydrogen, is a front-runner by HABAŞ
Automotive with its design and technology that also demonstrates its environmental vision.

COMFORTCITY-H2, which uses renewable energy sources, provides an environmentally friendly and comfortable transportation with low carbon emissions.

COMFORTCITY-H2 produces electricity by combining hydrogen, which can be obtained from renewable energy and water, with oxygen in the fuel cell on the vehicle. COMFORTCITY-H2, which charges its batteries with the electricity produced, makes a significant contribution to the reduction of carbon emissions and the improvement of air quality in cities by producing only water vapor. COMFORTCITY-H2’s range can exceed 1,000 kilometers thanks to its hybrid technology. The filling time, which is under 10 minutes, increases its speed in operations.

COMFORTCITY-H2’s environmentally friendly fuel cell provides zero emissions with its electric VOITH engine, which provides 3100 Nm torque at 410 kW power. In addition, the 140 kWh capacity LFP batteries developed by the HABAŞ R&D center provide longer life and range. At the same time, it has a higher passenger capacity with its lightweight carcass structure developed using high technology.

HBS ALFACITY–e / Electric Urban Midibus

ALFACITY-e fully low-floor midibus stands out as the only vehicle in its segment with 3 doors, front, middle and rear, and provides great comfort to its passengers during boarding and disembarkation. At the same time, it draws attention with its superior maneuverability even on the narrowest roads in the city thanks to the advantage provided by its dimensions.

ALFACITY-e has an environmentally friendly, zero-emission 250 kW electric VOITH engine that provides 2805 Nm torque. Developed by HABAŞ R&D center, 282 kWh capacity LFP lithium-ion batteries provide long range.

HBS ALFALUX –e / Electric 8.2m. Intercity Midi Bus

ALFALUX-e offers maximum passenger capacity with its 8.2-meter length. Its advanced design ensures that journeys take place in a comfortable, quiet and peaceful environment. The ALFALUX-e has an environmentally friendly, zero-emission VOITH electric motor that provides 2805 Nm torque at 250 kW. It offers a long range with its 282 kWh capacity LFP batteries developed by the HABAŞ R&D center.

With its long range, high passenger carrying capacity (35+1+1) and large luggage volume, ALFALUX-e brings comfort to the forefront in intercity transportation.
